Product Details

Trypsin Inhibitor is a protein which reduces the activity of Trypsin. It does this by competing with other proteins to bind with Trypsin which leaves it unavailable to bind with these proteins. It also partially inhibits Chymotrypsin function. Trypsin Inhibitor can be used in cell culture to prevent cell damage or cell death during cell dissociation.
