Roller-bottle cultures deliver 10 mg – 1 g single batches; hollow-fiber perfusion takes you predictably to 5 g lots with serum-free security. - MultiPure processes up to 94 fusion supernatants at once, yielding 0.25 – 1 mg per well for rapid ranking of specificity, relative affinity, or matched-pair fit.
- ReadyPure expands subclones to 100 mL and supplies 2 – 5 mg of Protein G-purified antibody – ample for extended screening or conjugation studies.
Every lot can be characterized by SEC for monomeric purity, SDS-PAGE, IEF, zonal electrophoresis, Western blot, and ELISA specificity, giving you the data needed to green-light the next phase.
