Beyond Native Serum or Plasma Calibrators & Controls: RF and anti-TPO for scalable autoimmune diagnostics
Disease-state human serum and plasma are the critical raw materials that turn an assay into a reliable clinical tool. However, availability is unpredictable, undermining supply security and driving cost volatility for IVD manufacturers.
This masterclass uses recombinant Rheumatoid Factor (RF) IgM and recombinant human anti-Thyroid Peroxidase (anti-TPO) antibodies to demonstrate how carefully engineered recombinant calibrators and controls can reduce dependency on native materials while faithfully replicating native performance.
