LH is part of the fertility Gold Conjugate family. Human Luteinizing hormone (lutropin) is essential in human reproduction. In the female, LH triggers ovulation and in the male, it is responsible for the production of testosterone. Conjugated to the 40nm gold nanoparticles (BA.LH40) is a monoclonal antibody which recognises human Luteinizing Hormone and its beta-subunit. This conjugate has been designed to work with a monoclonal capture antibody (01042292M), which recognises human luteinizing hormone and its beta-subunit. With a purity of >95%, it has <1% cross-reactivity with FSH, hCG and TSH. The conjugate is suspended in a low molarity buffer 2mM Borax pH9.0 containing 0.095% Sodium Azide as a preservative. This product can be purchased online in 5ml or 100mL volumes at OD10. For larger volumes, please discuss your requirements with our sales team. Customised concentrations of conjugates to an OD other than OD10 are also available by request.
