Product Details

Transcriptional intermediary factor 1-gamma (TIF1 gamma), originally named p155 and synonymous for p155/140 and TRIM33, is a nuclear protein that functions as a mono-ubiquitin ligase for Smad4, a TGF-β signal transducer, leading to its inactivation. Consequently, the TGF-β signaling pathway, a major pathway for control of cell growth and differentiation, is downregulated.
