Product Details

Pooled normal human plasma is processed by defibrinantion to prepare a processed serum which is depleted of the Thyroid hormones. Processed serum is filtered to 0.2µm for optimal product clarity. The total and free levels of Thyroid hormones T3 and T4 are measured on the Roche Modular system. Low level T3 and T4 are important for a base material for designing Thyroid hormone assays.
