• Preferred particle size / optical density
• 3–5 mg of protein for pilot run and QC
BBI outputs
• 10 mL of optimised conjugate – enough for ~1,000 lateral-flow prototypes
• Full particle-analysis report and sensitivity data
• Excess conjugate banked for future scale-up
• Direct access to scientists for follow-up optimisation
Scaling options
• Bench-top optimisation progresses to bulk volumes up to 24 L at OD 10 (other ODs available)
• Two- to four-week lead time after final sign-off
• Optional long-term stability study and custom buffer formulation
