Hybridoma Expertise

Monoclonal Antibody Development

Our PhD-led hybridoma team turns challenging targets into high-affinity, application-ready monoclonals under an ISO 13485 framework. A Rapid Immunisation Protocol – with a >85 % success rate – drives fusion on day 28, while MultiPure micro-purification provides early, milligram-scale material to rank candidates for affinity, specificity, and matched-pair fit before subcloning. Each project starts with a Hybridoma Initiation Checklist and technical kickoff call to lock in goals, assays, and timelines. Polyclonal Antibody Development

BBI offers stress-free polyclonal antibody development projects. All polyclonal antibody development projects are conducted in our USDA Class R Research facility, which also has NIH (OLAW) Assurance. Our facility adheres strictly to USDA Animal Welfare Act Regulations for Animal Care and Use. Additionally, all our polyclonal products meet the EC Regulation 1069/2009 and EU 142/2011 regulations allowing the antibody to be shipped to Europe.
